Grace did a fantastic job at the MD Twisters showcase today. She has been involved for several months with her squad and has done a terrific job practicing her routines every weekend.
Now, Grace didn’t actually cheer today. Well, she did, but she sat in the back, quietly clapping and cheering-on the rest of the squad. It may not seem much, but this is a huge improvement. In the beginning, there were struggles keeping her on the mat, with her team. She would elope several times during a practice. Over the weeks, this behavior has diminished tremendously, and we’re extremely proud of that accomplishment.
Every twister begins as a quiet storm. And even though she may have sat quietly in the back, we know there’s a tornado in the forecast.
